We offer our plumbing services in the eighth largest city in Los Angeles County, the city of Torrance. Torrance has a population of about 140,000 and was developed in the early 1900s as a ‘balanced city’ just outside Los Angeles. That is to say, it was conceived as, and remains, a mixed development of residential and industrial concerns.

In a coastal location just northwest of Long Beach, Torrance has extensive, beautiful beaches and some beautiful, Spanish style architecture, some of which offers a challenge to plumbers. It is a center for the arts, most especially the Armstrong Theatre, which offers a variety of performances and also has an elegant lobby, often used for small meetings and catered events. The theatre is next to the outdoor Torino Festival Plaza, taking advantage of southern California’s beautiful weather.

Torrance is also proud of having one of the last remaining vernal marshes. The Madrona Marsh Preserve offers homes to egrets and other water birds, and the adjacent Nature Center is a great source of education for those interested in wildlife and our environment. It is rare to have marshland so close to town, and this too presents a challenge in terms of keeping the marsh and those pristine beaches clean. A good plumber is essential.

With two large community gardens and a year-round Farmers Market, Torrance also offers opportunities to those who care about their nutrition and health. Due to a large Asian population, the market offers varied Asian produce such as Oko or Daikon as well as more familiar fruits and vegetables. All of this makes Torrance a great place to live and work, and our plumbing services help keep it that way. The city also offers numerous after school and craft programs, making it an even better place to raise children and we cater to families of any size.

Other notable attractions in Torrance include the Del Amo Fashion Center, which is the second largest shopping mall in the United States and the longest running military parade sponsored by a city. The city has thirty varied parks, and offers a Living Dedication Tree Program allowing families, individuals or groups to plant a tree to honor a person or event.

Torrance’s residents tend to earn more than the average for California, making it a perfect base of operations for any business. Short distances to Long Beach and Los Angeles proper are also an advantage for plumbing or other business services.
